These terms cover the use of this site and any guide, catch records or angling advice you request through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own fishing reference. Please do not copy them for resale or present the guides here as your own work.
A fishing trip request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A guide outing is agreed once we have confirmed the date, the cost and the timing in writing.
We take a limited number of anglers each season. If we cannot guide a trip well, or cannot schedule it in time, we will say so rather than take the booking.
Guide prices are confirmed before your trip, and a deposit is usually agreed at booking. The balance falls due before your fishing day begins.
Fish sizes, river bank conditions and catch outcomes vary from day to day, and photographs cannot capture that exactly. Those differences are part of real freshwater angling, not a fault.
We prepare your catch records and send them once your fishing day is complete. If weather or water conditions force us to cancel, we will reschedule or refund within a few days.
A guide trip booked for your own specific dates cannot be refunded unless we cancel it, since it was reserved for you alone.
The guides, photographs and advice on this site are created by our team of experienced anglers. Please ask before republishing our content—we're happy to share knowledge with fellow fishing enthusiasts.
We stand behind our fishing advice and will help troubleshoot any technique or tackle issues we've covered. We're not responsible for losses due to weather, water conditions beyond forecast, or accidents on the water.
